In March, eight of us took up the challenge to climb the 10 highest peaks of Kozzie NP in 4 days. It was spectacular, so I attempted to write a poem to reflect.

Yesterday had lots of hills at orienteering and parkrun, so today seemed a good day to try a runners focused virtual yoga class. Balance and core strength work definitely required but a got reason to find some sun (light not heat!) in the backyard.

Day 15. Inflict sound harm of humans and nature.. ok, singing in public place

Today was orienteering day, so on a nav check break a stupidly elevated place in Mt Mugga Mugga, it was still cold and no rain, so obviously the song was the Frozen Let it go from the two choices. Kangaroos scattered and some fellow orienteers probably bypassed a control for the crazy lady, but singing was completed 😂

I adore my parkrun family. Even better to see my Girl Guiding families and SES mates kicking fitness butt. It’s like a gathering of my favourite people and segments of life. Very blessed.
